(BOXED GREAT SERVICE) I do not normally write REVIEWS I have been ordering from BOXED for nearly a year, I think they are GREAT!!!!.I will continue on ORDERING !!!! PS The online customer SERVICE was a GREAT HELP!! when I needed them.

"Their customer service is excellent"
Their customer service is excellent. Immediate response with respect. If there is an issue, it’s corrected by a replacement - in my case, a simple error of paper towels. The shipping is fast, lots of communication and the shipping box is very cheerful & sturdy. Good choices of products! Reasonably priced. Thank you Jil!

"WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!"
I've placed 3 orders with Boxed so far & even in a PANDEMIC the shipment came within the 3-5 days! THIS IS THE FASTEST SHIPMENT OF ANYTHING i've ever received!
I'm not one for reviews, but WOW I LOVE BOXED.COM! Especially being a mom of 2 kids who eat through the house!

"Happy shopping"
I've been buying boxed every week for about 5 months now. They were perfect for the first 3 months, but have been missing items in every order for the last two months. I found customer service has gone above & beyond to replace the missing items. I think they have a jealous rat in there packaging department that they need to take care of. But other than that, I love boxed.

“NO! It's NOT Legitimate! RUN! I thought it was a dream come true, turns out it STOLE my info and took off! They've BLOCKED Me from the site entirely! and after telling me that they were going to give me a $7.00 discount on my next order for screwing up This order! Others have FAR WORSE experiences, at least mine was TAME compared to others! RUN!”

“I can't answer but I can comment, and I'm glad my codes did work, but this site is NOT Legitimate! STAY AWAY! They Stole my info and took off! After screwing up my First Order they decided to issue me a measly $7.00 credit on my next order. Well, right after reading the E-Mail where they said they would "make up" for their screw up I suddenly was Fully BLOCKED from the site, and the excuse was for "being a Robot" of all things. So yeah, RUN for your own safety. their based out of China and other unsavory nations and are NOT SAFE!”
